Key Responsibilities:
1. Participate in training programs to learn about the company's products, services, and business processes
2. Assist with various business operations, such as sales, market research, and data analysis
3. Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience in different areas of the business
4. Attend meetings and training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in business operations
5. Collaborate with team members to support business goals and objectives
6. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents
7. Learn and apply best practices in customer service and client communication
8. Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving business processes and efficiency
9. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to contribute fresh ideas and insights

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in business operations
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
