Channel Sales Manager

Job description
R*esponsible for the profitable growth of Synetcom Product portfolio through channels/resellers and marketing programs. Work on short term and long term plans to grow the product group business; w*ork with the channels/resellers and end user customers and to coordinate with Synetcom Vendor/Principals to facilitate the introduction of new solutions and programs; work out annual plan to meet sales growth and objectives.
- Broad understanding of the IT and communications industries; Knowledge of the Network Security products; independent, mature, self-driven and aggressive in sales with established record; excellent commercial and negotiation skills; excellent command of written and spoken English; excellent inter-personal and relationship-management skills with strong customer focus; minimum 2 years in selling/marketing position and/or product management.
- Experience in IT sales (a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge/experience on presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

- Leads the sales and marketing efforts to insure growth and profitability.
- Creates/conducts training programs and promotional programs for the products and solutions.
- Keeps informed on competitive products, pricing and new product development.
- Identifies target markets/applications for the portfolio.
- Knowledgeable about industry economic and technological trends in target markets.
- Keep management informed of competitive and market issues via timely monthly reports and other specifically requested reports.
- Continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
- Lead and participate in the contract negotiation
- Includes project management function for products and solutions handled
- Provide sales support to partner sales organizations through training, customer visits, technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, customer price quotes.
- Support sales and bid management by engaging partners on specific customer opportunities using the ‘sell on’ or ‘sell with’ business models. Manage the partner relationship through the proposal and contract discussions
- Responds to customer requests/issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide proper sales support to channel partners like sales strategies & approaches; and pricing management
- Able to do joint sales calls with channel partners
- Ensure sales orders are fulfilled promptly
- Performs other function which will be delegated from time to time.
