Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services or products.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
