Ferrantello Group P.C. is looking to hire a Civil Designer to perform a variety of drafting duties related to the field of surveying, engineering, drafting, and design technology. The Civil Designer will assist in the preparation and creation of various types of surveys utilized in the location, design and/or construction of roads, structures, geo-technical, flood control projects, sanitary, storm water facilities, recreational facilities, land development, subdivisions, site planning, grading and drainage, erosion control or other engineering projects, transportation planning, traffic control of highways, and/or other designs.
Responsibilities
The client is looking for a self-starter who has strong attention to detail and previous experience with Auto Cad Civil 3D for the role of a Civil Designer.

Coordinates with client and Field Crews performing utility locating surveys, control surveys, topographic surveys.
Acts as a liaison between client and staff to coordinate survey requirements and needs.
Provides daily reports and weekly project progress reports to client and maintains facility survey records.
Attend monthly meetings with client and Project Manager (PM)
Ability to set priorities, coordinate activities and review plans
Research ‘Hard copy” as well as electronic reference drawings
Check drawings for use of CAD Standards
Prepare CAD drawing files and maintain facility CAD files
Occasionally assist Survey Party Chief with in the field survey activities

Required Qualifications

Able to work effectively in both individual and/or team environments.
Must be able to handle multiple projects and reports simultaneously
Excellent organizational, proofreading and administrative skills
Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Suite and Autocad
General understanding of activities associated with performing topographic and boundary surveys and construction stake out for both private and public projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience at Civil Engineering, Site Planning, Grading and Drainage, Sanitary, Erosion Control and Land Development (Required)

Home Office Requirements:

Internet Connection : Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or wimax.
Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
Webcam - for meeting purposes
Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
