RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales, you will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.

Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions
Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports
Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
Oversee a team of customer service Associate's and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
Manage and maintaining corporate accounts
Develop new customer to generates sales revenue and achieve target
Develop monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecast

QUAFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of sales experience
Related experience is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Ability to present proposal up to Executive Level
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within designated areas
Work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm
