Client Services Executive / CSR - Retail (Remote)

Makati City

FULL TIME & CONTRACT

Job Requirements:
  • Open to work with at least 1 year contract.
  • At least 5 years of backend or client services-related work experience in a luxury retail brand/industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills - 10/10 English fluency and non-neutral, American accent.
  • Willing to work following the Eastern US time zone.
  • Willing to work during Philippine weekends and public holidays.
Other Details:
  • Remote work and a laptop will be provided.
  • Must have a stable internet connection at home.
  • 100% Work from home set-up.
  • Aside from your resume/CV, please include a 1-2 minute video/voice clip self-introduction and work experiences related to customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
