Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and more.
Motion Graphics: Produce video edits for the company's social media accounts.
Web Design: Assist in the development and design of web banners.
Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all materials.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling design solutions.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to inform your work and keep our designs fresh and relevant.
Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback to continually improve your skills and deliver high-quality designs.
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements :
Of course, what we expect from you are:
Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a creative design role or similar.
Have strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout.
Are able to showcase a strong creative portfolio with proven graphic design and layout skills.
Are proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) & Print or Web Design, and able to use video editing software.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Have experience in HTML/CSS & knowledge in Figma is a PLUS.
