Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics
  • 2 years of work-related experience in taking orders and calls
Should have the following skills:
  • ABOVE AVERAGE communication skills (oral and written)
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Customer service skills
What you will do:
  • Ensure quality and efficient customer service process are in place from the time we take down and encode orders accurately to processing the order to supply chain that eventually leads to our On Time Delivery (OTD) to our direct customers (Eye Care Practitioners (ECP's)
  • Handle a team composed of Customer Relations Representative (CRR) who will be the one who will actually take the order and process it to Warehouse team
Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
