As a Customer Service Officer , your responsibilities include responding to customer service inquiries, finding appropriate solutions, and updating customer accounts or services. Customer Service Officers resolve complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Process orders and prepare correspondences
• Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Graduate of any four year course
• Preferably a year of experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• With good communication skills
