Within Pay Mongo, Customer Support sits at the nexus of our Product and Commercial teams helping to drive company growth and transforming the way payments are processed in the Philippines. As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll learn how to be partners to our merchants and customers, by serving as the bridge between their needs and our products. You will be guided to work with a wide range of innovative businesses. Each merchant encounters different challenges and you will assist in effectively leveraging Pay Mongo’s products and services to drive overall business growth.

You will:

• Assist in doing email and call Qualitative Analysis with our partner outsource agency.
• Help maintain a repository of knowledge-bases both on the CRM platform as well as internal documentation.
• Gain unique insights into how thousands of businesses on Pay Mongo work
• Learn how Pay Mongo operates and make a real impact

You may be a fit if:

• You are interested in process improvement and/ or TQM concepts. You will have an advantage if you are a student of Industrial Engineer or other relevant engineering or business degree.
• You are detail-oriented and are able to produce quality work within a given set of time.
• You have great attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
