Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to transition into a new field. The role involves following streamlined instructions to research, gather, and refine data, with the ultimate goal of organizing this information into a structured format on Google Sheets. This data will be used to enhance our company's platform and serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Research and Collection: Conduct research on various cities in the Philippines to
gather specific sets of data required by the company.
● Data Entry and Organization: Accurately encode and organize the collected data into
Google Sheets, ensuring it is well-structured and easily accessible.
● Data Refinement: Refine and clean the data to meet the company’s standards, ensuring
it is ready for use on our platform.
● AI Integration: Utilize AI tools as instructed to enhance data processing and ensure the
highest quality of results.
● Critical Analysis: Apply critical thinking skills to analyze the data, identify patterns, and
provide insights that may be valuable to the company.
● Communication: Effectively communicate findings and any potential issues that arise
during the data gathering process. English proficiency is preferred as our company deals
with international clients.
Qualifications:
● Typing and Data Encoding Skills: Proficient in typing and accurately entering data into
spreadsheets.
● AI Awareness: Basic understanding or experience with AI platforms, or at least a
curiosity about AI technology.
● Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive meaningful
conclusions.
● Organizational Skills: Ability to systematically organize data for easy access and
analysis.
● Communication Skills: Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data
findings clearly. Proficiency in English is preferred, but Tagalog is also acceptable.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
