Responsibilities:

• Source future clients through strategic dealer generated accounts and handle the management and process of Kinto Dealer referral accounts.
• Provide excellent service to customers and dealer partners, addressing inquiries and providing status updates on account applications.
• Manage and maintain dealer and client relationships, always ensure the delivery of quality service.
• Designing and delivering training programs to dealers, focusing on : product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, customer service, and performance monitoring to ensure effective promotion and sales.
• Conduct KYC and initial screening of customers by verifying customer identity ID’s and signatures.
• Prepares proposal/write up for the recommendation of account.
• Analyze financial status, credit, and other information necessary for the application and approval of dealer generated accounts.
• Process, package and recommend dealer generated accounts for approval.

Requirements:

• Holds a degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related course.
• Excellent account processing/ management and customer relation skills.
• Possess good written and oral English communication skills and must be organized, determined, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.
• Relevant experience is an advantage but is not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
