Digital and Customer Experience Platforms Head

Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital banking, digital transformation, customer experience, or a related role, preferably in the banking industry. Minimum 5 years experience working in banks At least ten (10) years building, running and creating digital experience platforms - web and mobile, chatbots, for retail/consumers specifically; At least 3 years in customer experience and CRM platforms At least 3 years in actual hands-on agile IT execution experience. Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices. P&L ownership experience preferred Business architecture and IT solutioning experience strongly preferred At least 10 years leadership experience
The Digital and Customer Experience Group Head, Chief Digital Officer, plays a critical role in driving digital transformation journey. This position is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's digital initiatives to achieve revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings. The Digital and Customer Experience Group Head acts as the owner and is accountable for the Retail Digital Banking Division, Corporate Digital Banking Division, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Division, and Digital Marketing Division, each headed by a Division Head.
