Drone Data Analyst

Role: Drone Data Analyst
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9 pm to 6 am , Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO or WFH
Summary:
We are seeking a Drone Data Management Specialist to support our expanding construction company. As a leading firm in athletic field facilities, asphalt paving expansions, and municipal parks across the Midwest, you will work closely with the Director of Surveying and collaborate with our project team members.
Responsibilities / Job Duties:
  • Extensive knowledge and use of Auto CAD Civil 3D to design, draft, and prepare plans for civil site construction and athletic facility projects
  • Proficient in DJI Terra and PIX4D Survey
  • Be able to perform manual edit QC on LIDAR data.
  • Develop preliminary site plans to assist with on-going marketing and business development
  • Work with geospatial data such as Li DAR and photogrammetry to create existing conditional plans
  • Experience in preparing topography plans with labeling for all existing conditions
  • Must be able to know and understand contours and slopes, and be able to reflect such information onto plans with labels denoting elevations in a presentable fashion
Qualifications:
  • Educated in civil site drafting and design, or engineering technology with at least three years of experience in Civil 3D site design.
  • Expert in working with Auto CAD Civil 3D.
  • Strong knowledge of surveying, storm sewer, grading, and pavement design
  • Knowledge of construction standards relating to civil, architectural, engineering, structural, mechanical, electrical, and life safety requirements
  • Fluent English proficiency required
