Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be an E-commerce Administrative Assistant for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This role will focus on managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations related to budgeting, expense tracking, and overall project management for our e-commerce products.

Responsibilities:
- Request and manage invoices from suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Assist in budget preparation and management activities to ensure financial efficiency.
- Manage costs and coordinate tasks for team members involved in each product lifecycle, particularly for book products.
- Handle expense reporting by collecting, organizing, and summarizing information to maintain financial records.
- Organize files and provide support in maintaining clear and accurate documentation for all product-related activities.
- Support documentation processes by drafting and updating necessary documents and ensuring they are stored properly.
- Provide email support by managing correspondence, filtering essential emails, and responding to inquiries on behalf of the Product Manager.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics to optimize the Product Manager's time.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and deadlines, ensuring all product milestones are met.
- Perform data entry tasks and use software to track progress and generate reports as needed.
To be successful in this role you must…
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
