Position Overview: The Appointment Setter is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, clients, or partners, primarily via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods, to schedule meetings or appointments. The goal is to arrange these appointments for sales representatives, managers, or other team members. This role is key in generating leads, building rapport with prospective clients, and facilitating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online databases, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update contact information regularly.
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Present the company’s products or services in a professional and compelling manner.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to gauge their interest and identify needs.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and the appropriate team members (e.g., sales representatives, account managers).
- Confirm appointment details and ensure both parties are informed and prepared.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain interest and ensure appointments are kept.
- Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled appointments.
- Record interactions and progress with leads in the company’s CRM system.
- Track lead status and appointments to ensure the sales pipeline is updated and current.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and schedules.
- Provide feedback from potential clients and share insights to improve outreach strategies.
- Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage potential clients and build relationships over the phone or email.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferable Australia.
- Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
