Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries with well-crafted email responses and skillfully tailor macros when suitable.
Provide a consistent positive customer experience.
Foster lasting customer relationships as an integral aspect of our service approach.
Assume responsibility for efficiently resolving all customer issues.
Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and the latest product offerings.\
Stay current with process updates, swiftly adapting to new information.

Skillsets:

Experience in Email Support/Customer Service campaigns
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Good administrative and organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Background in Email/Chat Support
High Level reading comprehension skill
