Must have:

• Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities and the likes
• Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities
• Must have experience with Employee engagement for 1-5 years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication Skill
• Has good Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills
• Willingness to work on a graveyard/night shift schedule onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement
• Experience on working on a Business Process Outsourcing Company, specifically in a Call Center environment with not less than 300FTEs
