Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

- Assesses new regulations, client requirements relating to airworthiness aspects;
- Determines the impact of engineering change orders and service bulletins regarding certification aspects;
- Participates in product development projects;
- Support to the Engineers during the design process;
- Drafts qualification programs, test plans and test reports;
- Assists in certification testing and monitoring;
- Is in frequent contact with Boeing and Airbus, European and US aviation authorities and test laboratories;
- Consults internally regarding interpretation and application of regulations and makes agreements.
- Works with complex quality systems in a production environment
- Liaises with peer engineers and other departments
- Reports to the team manager certification
- Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATION
-
Graduate of Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or other relevant degree;
-
Preferably with experience in Design or Testing;
-
Good English communication skills, spoken and written;
-
Established and productive professional contributor.

Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area.
-
Works autonomously with limited supervision and Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and good practices.

Can communicate effectively to shop floor and engineering departments to deliver change with the products and processes.
