Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Blade Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Blade’s range of automotive products and services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling Blade’s products to customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including prospecting for new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Product Promotion:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on Blade’s product offerings.
• Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities for product development or enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and client feedback.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
