Salary Arrangement:
- Entitlement of Holiday Pay
- 30k basic Pay 5k Field Allowance = 35k Starting

JOB DESCRIPTION
AREA SUPERVISOR
The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple laundry service locations within a designated area. This role ensures that all locations adhere to company standards, provides exceptional customer service, and achieves financial goals. The Area Supervisor leads, supports, and develops branch personnel and their teams to deliver outstanding results. Each Area Supervisor manages 10 to 12 branches.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple branches.
2. Ensures that all branches comply with the operating standards, procedures and policies of the company.
3. Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and implement improvements.
4. Coordinates and facilitates the various needs of the branch with the Head Office.
5. Ensures that all branches deliver exceptional customer service.
6. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
SALES
1. Ensures achievement of sales targets.
2. Identifies opportunities and needs in advance to achieve sales target.
3. Analyzes the sales performance of the branches and total area performance.
4. Coordinate and implement local marketing activities to drive sales.
5. Implement strategies to increase revenue and control cost.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
1. Manages the shifts and schedules of manpower per branch to maximize productivity.
2. Identifies and recommends the correct manpower needed per branch.
3. Recruit, train, and develop, the branch personnel.
4. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to branch personnel.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
1. Collects cash sales and deposits it in the bank as scheduled.
2. Reconciles cash sales and collection amount and ensures that there are no shortages.
3. Monitors inventory and expenses of the stores to ensure that there are no losses.
4. Creates an annual budget per store and per area and ensures adherence to said budget.
5. Reviews and analyzes the P&L of each branch and the total area.
ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Maintain accurate records and documentation for each branch.
2. Collaborate with the head office team on various administrative and reporting tasks.
3. Present regular reports on operational performance, financial results and other key metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
