Key Responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist:
Greet Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Schedule Appointments: Manage appointment calendars for meetings, client visits, and other events, and coordinate with relevant staff.
Handle Inquiries: Provide information about the company, its services, and direct visitors or callers to the correct contacts.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, and handling mail and deliveries.
Maintain the Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials like brochures, forms, and office supplies.
Security and Access Control: Monitor access to the building by issuing visitor passes and ensuring all visitors sign in and out.
Coordinate Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, relay messages, and coordinate communication among staff.
Assist with Office Management: Support with organizing meetings, managing conference rooms, and handling basic office management tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles is often preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
