**Detailed Description of Work and Responsibilities:**
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive at the Service Center, creating a positive first impression. Engage with each customer to understand their needs and guide them accordingly.
  • Support with Contact Tracing: Aid customers in completing the contact tracing form by providing clear instructions and ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured for safety protocols.
  • Queuing System Guidance: Assist customers in navigating the queuing system by helping them fill out their information correctly, which will facilitate efficient ticket creation and reduce wait times.
  • Provide Basic Information: Be prepared to answer frequently asked questions from customers, such as service center operating hours, days of operation, and any other general inquiries to enhance their experience.
  • Offer Refreshments: While customers wait, provide them with complimentary refreshments, such as water or snacks, to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Temporary Front Counter Duties: In the absence of a Front Counter agent, take on their responsibilities as a temporary reliever, including: Receiving and releasing items. Processing part sales. Ensuring all transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage Display Units: Take charge of powering up all display units, including monitors in the Front Counter lobby, at the start of the day, and responsible for shutting them down at the end of the day to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Be adaptable and willing to perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager to support the overall operations of the Service Center effectively.
**Qualifications:**
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course is required.

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
