The General Cashier is responsible for overseeing all cash handling operations within the club, ensuring that cash transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and in compliance with financial controls and procedures. As the head of all cashiers, this role involves managing the cashiering team, overseeing daily financial operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management & Reconciliation:

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of daily cash receipts and deposits from all cashiers.
• Reconcile cash transactions, register reports, and bank deposits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Ensure that all financial records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly cash and financial reports for management.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial summaries.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise and train cashiering staff to ensure adherence to company policies and proper cash-handling procedures.
• Monitor the performance of cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Ensure all cash-handling practices comply with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Safeguard cash and financial assets, ensuring compliance with all internal controls and procedures.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Assist the finance team with general administrative tasks and provide support as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in cashiering or accounting, preferably in a membership or hospitality environment.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Personal Attributes: Responsible, trustworthy, organized, and customer-focused.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
