Job Description:
The DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting Specialist will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative finance team committed to enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business. You will assist in the day-to-day and month-end closing activities in the Accounting Department. Other duties may include process improvement and cross-training.

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
Job Description:
The DCX Client Services Home-Based Accounting Specialist will be a part of a dynamic and collaborative finance team committed to enhancing collection efforts and driving continuous improvements for the business. You will assist in the day-to-day and month-end closing activities in the Accounting Department. Other duties may include process improvement and cross-training.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Sales Order Approvals & Customer Credit Review
- Cash Receipts Journal Entries and Credit Card Receipts
- Purchase Order matching to Vendor Invoices
- Assist with Billing and AR Collections
- Assist with process improvements
- Cross training to help cover department tasks
- Work both individually and collectively to complete daily tasks. Work in a fast paced, high energy work environment while proactively troubleshooting and creatively solving problems.
- Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Revenue and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software such as Microsoft Business Central.
- Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
- Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as Quick Books, SAP, or other relevant software.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
- Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required.
- Salary Range: Php 32,000- Php 37,000
- Job Type: Full-time
- Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
- Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
