Hospital Compliance and Safety Officer
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Environmental Health, Safety Management, Compliance, or a related field.
MA in Hospital Administration is a plus
At least 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance and/or OSH roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in compliance, regulatory affairs, and OSH (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Compliance Certification Board) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Philippine compliance (Hospital setting) and OSH regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance/OSH management software
