Position: Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Cebu, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the Cebu market is a plus.
