a. Assist HR Head on all HR Programs and tasks.
b. Manages the documentary requirements relative to onboarding and placement.
c. Conduct onboarding of all new hires for all sites.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparation of job offer letter.
· Issuance of job offer letter and pre-employment requirements to the candidates in behalf of the HR Head.
· Inform the HR Head of the candidate’s acceptance of job offer letter; coordinates and collaborates with the Site HRs related to it.
· Endorse and coordinate with accredited hospital / clinic for the pre-employment medical requirement of all selected candidates.
· Monitor the completion of pre-employment medical examination of all candidates.
· Checking of pre-employment documents / lists prior onboarding and submit summary to the HR Head.
· Prepares the documentary requirements prior onboarding such as employment contract, organization announcement, etc. for the approval of the HR Head.
· Secure the approval of the HR Head of new joiner to start.
· Communication with respective Site HRs on the onboarding of all new hires for all sites.
· Conduct onboarding of all new hires for all sites.
· Prepare 201 files including the onboarding documents for submission to the HR Head.
· Monitor and prompt the 3rd and 5th month evaluation of all newly hires.
· Maintains confidentiality and non-disclosure of all pertinent information.
· Other HR tasks assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION:
1. With at least two (2) years work experience as an HR practitioner.
2. Experience in Onboarding and Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
