Our Lady' of Fatima University (OLFU), is in need of HR ASSISTANT
Role Description
The basic function of this position is to provide guidance, support and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures and practices of the Human Resources Department at the branches. The HR Assistant also assists the HR Head Office in every aspect of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, administrative support and implementation of the institution’s rules, regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration major in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to details
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience
- knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Willing to be assigned at Valenzuela City
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
