- Prepare and control documents by the rules of the company.
- Communicate to employees to understand the company’s Code of Discipline
- Ensures end-to-end processing of employee cases, notices and memorandum about disciplinary cases
- Comply with DOLE 1020 registration, DOLE General Labor Standards, and Occupational Safety and Health standards
- Prepare and monitor ER reports(Attrition, Exit interviews, NODs, AWOL)
- Tracks organizes, and documents all employee cases and disciplinary measures)
- Conduct exit interviews with all separated employees as a strategic approach to evaluating the quality of work-life within the Organization and identify problems associated with employee retention and engagement.
- Perform other functions related to position and qualification that are assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Science/Law or Political Science.
- With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in Employee Relations
- Open to Fresh Graduate with relative internship experience.
- Experience in investigating employee violations.
- Knowledgeable with drafting and issuance of NTE, NOD, Return to work Notices.
- Experience in representing the management in DOLE SENA and NLRC Cases.
- Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code
- Able to conduct Administrative Hearings.
- Amenable to work on site: Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave Mc Kinley West, Taguig City
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal Skills
- Has a positive attitude towards work.
- Has Integrity, resilience, and tolerance to stress, sound decision-making
- Proactive, analytical, and above-average problem-solving skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to improve and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
- Can deal with ambiguity in the workplace.
