Roles and Responsibilties:
1. Performs recruitment and hiring activities, such as sourcing and identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
2. Tracks and records any incidents that may occur in the workplace, such as accidents, injuries, complaints, violations, etc.
3. Handles the communication and interaction between employees and the management
4. Mediates and resolves complaints or grievances brought forward by employees to Management
5. Enforces the policies and procedures of the company through the implementation of disciplinary actions as needed
6. Coordinates with departments about employee development plans and performance evaluations
7. Provides feedback, coaching, and guidance to help employees improve their skills and achieve their goals
8. Fosters a positive and engaging work environment for the employees
9. Organizes and implements various activities and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, such as team building, training, events, surveys, etc.
10. Prepares and submits reports on the activities and accomplishments of the Department
11. Keeps up to date with the latest HR-related news, trends, and best practices in the Philippines
12. Participates in the development of organizational guidelines and procedures
13. Reports any breakage or loss of equipment or supplies assigned to the HRA Department
14. Represents the HRA Department during Man Com meetings, Strategic Business Planning, and other inter-department discussions
Performs other tasks, duties, or assignments that may be given by Management

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
