Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support our diverse clientele with their HR needs, ensuring the highest level of service and professionalism. Given our dynamic nature and the fact that each of our clients operates differently, you must be able to adapt accordingly. You should not have to be told twice how to complete a task and must be detail-oriented. Additionally, you must be comfortable handling large amounts of written information and be able to understand and learn from reading materials and engaging in self-directed learning.
Please note that this role is not for the faint-hearted or sensitive person. The application process will test your writing skills, including your ability to write in UK English, your capacity to quickly learn the concepts of UK employment law, your attention to detail, and your creativity.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently while being an integral part of a growing consultancy.
Salary: PHP 37,500 - 45,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm Philippine Time (7:00 am – 4:00 pm UK GMT)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, addressing client queries efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to HR-related emails and communications.
  • Liaise with UK employment lawyers on various HR matters.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Create and post compelling job adverts on appropriate platforms.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • HR Administration:
  • Draft contracts of employment, offer letters, and develop HR policies aligned with best practices.
  • Update and maintain HR systems (e.g., Breathe HR) with accurate data.
  • Audit documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Attend formal meetings as a note-taker, providing detailed and comprehensive records.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Desirable qualification: CIPD, SHRM, or PHR certification.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace, project management tools, and HR software.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law is highly advantageous.
  • Reside in an area with a stable internet connection and reliable power supply.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt and use initiative without needing constant direction.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks without needing to be told twice.
  • Comfortable handling large amounts of written information and capable of self-directed learning.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write in UK English.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to be creative and think outside the box.

Pay: Php37,500.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
