HR supervisors guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs. They consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring, and also provide workforce analysis and planning. He/she is also responsible for employment and employee relations matters involving employee performances, training and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
· With 3-5 years of experience in employee/labor relation particularly in Restaurant-HR function
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Keen to detail with strong organizational skill
· Knowledgeable with employment laws
· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
· Willing to do fieldwork.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews and on-boarding new employees/staffs.
· Monitor and verify staff compliance with all government and company requirements needed for onboarding.
· Prepare materials for orientations and implement training and development needed.
· Organize workflow and ensure that staffs understand their duties and delegated tasks.
· Supervise staff to ensure assignments are completed appropriately and timely.
· Responsible for timekeeping and prepares payrolls of staff.
· Create and maintain an organized filing systems.
· Identifying and addressing employee performance issues, conflicts with complete investigation process as well as counseling staff on HR policies, practices and procedures.
· Communicate with HR Manager regarding the distributions of HR reports such as turnovers, terminations and attendance.
· Fosters and builds positive relationships with team and leadership in all functions at all levels, and communicates effectively and proactively, as needed.
· Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- HR Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)
