Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Recruitment Staff. This role is crucial in helping us attract and onboard talented individuals who will contribute to the success of our company. As part of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Recruitment Staff. This role is crucial in helping us attract and onboard talented individuals who will contribute to the success of our company. As part of our HR team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation and posting of job advertisements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database.
- Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers on the status of recruitment activities.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.

- Day shift
- 13th month salary
