Job Description
- Sell tour packages, particularly in Asia (Japan, China, Vietnam).
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from travel agents with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist travel agents throughout the entire tour operation process.
- Oversee accounts, handle documentation and payment processing.
- Issue and reissue travel documents as needed, ensuring all information are correct and up to date.
- Prepare reports.
- Log and update Salesforce records to maintain accurate client and transaction information.
- Undertake additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support the team and enhance operations.
- Completed Studies in Tourism or any Business-related courses.
- 3-5 years of experience in Travel Industry preferably in Tour Operation.
- Management-level experience in selling tours.
- Train and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Has an attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Develop and manage processes that align with client expectations.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work Night Shifts.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
