Inventory Assistant/Officer

Mandaluyong City

  • Manage and organize the inventory or stock with organizational tools (manual or software).
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Check whether the items ordered have arrived in good condition and if the quantity matches what is expected.
  • Record details of received items, such as names, numbers, and descriptions.
  • Maintain a neat and organized inventory storage area.
  • Use labels or barcodes to identify and locate items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are running low.
  • Assist in ordering new items or restocking the inventory.
  • Conduct inventory counts or audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to address inventory-related issues.
  • Keep inventory records up to date and accurate.
  • Assist with inventory analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • With Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledgeable in DOLE OSH Standards, a PLUS
  • Excellent English oral and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as to stand or walk for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends
  • Strong work ethics, highly adaptable
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
