- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Provide L2/L3 Enterprise Network Support, including 16x5 support and on-call availability for P1/P2 incidents.
- Monitor and detect availability and performance events, and respond to network incidents.
- Process change requests for soft MACDs (moves, adds, changes, deletes).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IPT/PBX and contact center systems.
- Generate statistical reports on network outage impacts.
- Manage telecom expenses and network user configurations.
- Deploy switches and access points, coordinating with circuit providers.
- Collaborate with the Cyber-Security team for vulnerability management.
- Provide voice network support through Ring Central.
- Maintain and update number assignment mappings and configure voice ports/devices.
- Assist in configuring and assembling new hardware, including system units, monitors, network interface cards, and printers.
- Install and configure PC application software and system utilities following approved specifications.
- Manage assets related to computer hardware and software, adhering to current policies.
- Obtain patches, fixes, and product updates from vendors through various contact methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in the following technologies:
- Ring Central
- Genesys
- Velo SDWAN
- Cisco switches, WLC, and WAPs
- Arista Switches
- Solar Winds
- Aruba WLC and WAP
- Infoblox/Blox1
- Experience with IP telephony and contact center maintenance.
- Strong knowledge in network incidence response and resolution.
- Ability to configure network voice systems and manage telecom expenses.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management and cybersecurity collaboration.
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
