IT Project Manager

- Work closely with project sponsor, stakeholders, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects.
- Build and maintain detailed project milestones, tasks and schedule.
- Track project status and deliverables of in-flight projects using appropriate tools.
- Actively manage project issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from project kickoff through implementation.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders and manage expectations on project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.
- Plan and facilitate Steering Committee meetings for large or strategic projects.
- Present reports defining project progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure that the project goals and objectives are achieved while following established IT processes.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Mentor project team members to foster and promote a positive team atmosphere.
- Minimum 5 years IT project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other four-year degree focusing on information technology
- PMP or similar certification is a must.
- Agile training and/or certification a plus.
- Experience delivering IT projects across Business Applications, Infrastructure and Security.
- Experience working with managed service and delivery partners leveraging a Global Workforce.
- Ability to lead, motivate and direct within a matrixed organization structure.
- Ability to manage conflict and hold people accountable.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- May require periodic travel between the Philippines office (Alabang and Paranaque) locations
