• Research financial regulatory documents, specifically prospectuses, to maintain an up-to-date database of open, closed-end, variable annuity mutual funds, and ETFs
• Analyze and extract key industry data for client-facing applications and research reports from financial documents and regulatory filings
• Collect data based on established methodologies, comply with established work processes and performance standards to ensure timely and high-quality data
• Effectively utilize ISS databases, the SEC Edgar website, and the Internet to complete research
• Participate in data quality assurance efforts, including performing root-cause analysis for identified data quality issues
• Do in-depth analysis of mutual fund investment strategies and objectives
• Determine relevant and interesting industry changes and summarize concisely in client reports
• Support process improvement and technology projects by contributing to specifications and testing deliverables
• Help maintain documentation of work processes and institutional knowledge in a centralized, web-based database
• Work collaboratively with team members both in the Philippines and in the U.S.
• Actively cross-train and expand opportunities to work on various data processing and research responsibilities across different ISS databases
• Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; can thrive in a cross-border / multi-cultural work environment
• Knowledge of mutual fund, annuity, and/or insurance industry is a plus
• Gathering and analyzing financial data from regulatory mutual fund documents
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through, critical-thinking skills, and comprehensive quality assurance analysis
• Experience using Excel to manipulate and prepare financial data is a plus
• Ability to work cooperatively and strategically in a team environment with all levels of professional, technical, and administrative staff and to integrate resources on a timely and organized basis

• Amenable working at Makati City on a permanent late dayshift schedule (12nn- 9pm, Manila Time)
• Amenable to go on an onsite training for at least 2 months prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
• Hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days' work onsite per week)
