Key Account/ Area Manager

We are seeking a Key Account/ Area Manager for a global pharmaceutical company that develops, manufactures, and markets human and animal health products. The company also manufactures and markets enzymes for food, feed, and industrial applications.
Responsibilities
  • Key Account Management with the establishment of an Account Business plan for the main accounts
  • Fully responsible for area sales budget under direct accounts and channel partners. Will establish a strategy and will back up partners (dealers and distributors) to reach the budget goals.
  • Product positioning and management:
- Strategic plan in the area for each product
- Selection of promotional/technical materials
- Trials follow-up support
- Training arrangements for sales teams and customers
  • Support and organize sales visits together with local management and distributors, Regional Technical and Sales Managers, and international product managers.
  • Coordination with Admin and Finance to ensure timely deliveries, adequate product storage, and collection from the end user.
Requirements
  • Experience in Animal health/nutrition
  • Work and live in Luzon, Philippines
  • The ability to travel
  • Experience in Sales, training, and marketing
  • Fluent English
