JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage the import and export process by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Prepares and process 8105, 8106 and 8110 with Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) including uploading of List of Importable (LOI) and application of Letter of Authority (LOA) and other trade procedures.
• Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations by staying updated on changes in customs requirements and assisting with customs clearance procedures.
• Check inbound materials if quantity delivered is exact based on the MRF.
• Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with the policy and procedures.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bill of lading, and customs declarations.
• Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of BS Customs or Business Management Courses
• With at least 1 year of experience in logistics / importation and exportation operations
• With good communication skills written and orally
• Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, ppt, outlook, teams)
• Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Proficiency in using import-export software and tools, such as customs brokerage systems and trade compliance software.
• Preferably residing in Tanauan, Lipa, Malvar, Sto. Tomas / willing to relocate
• License in Custom Broker is a plus
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a must

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
