Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Financial Planning team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the financial services industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, client relationship management, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to support financial recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and help prepare presentations and reports.
• Learn to utilize financial planning software and tools effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
