Work with consulting and development teams to estimate & plan resources and requirements.
Coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of large and small scale implementation projects of varied levels of risk and complexity.
Manage scope, communication, schedules, and budget
Provide active assistance to meet schedules or resolve complex issues.
Manage and coordinate communications with the project team which includes external clients/vendors as necessary.
Negotiate with clients/vendors regarding revisions to the Statement of Work; actively identify additional/expanded tasking and define technical requirements; obtain client sign-off.
Perform tasks and other special projects assigned by Group Director – Cargo Commercial

Must have a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or the like
Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
With at least 3-5year work experience in handling projects in the cargo, logistics industry or similar fields
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Have working experience in managing a team
Knowledge in ticking and reservations systems (Smart Kargo, GDS, Navitaire, Sky Speed, etc.) will be a strong advantage
Program management knowledge is a plus.
Keen with details, well-organized, and can multi-task
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
