• Must be a graduate of a four-year course in a reputable higher educational institution. Educational background in Business Management is an advantage.
• Must have a minimum working experience preferably in a health care services institutions and have been involved with the planning, managing and monitoring.
• Receive training from the concerned people in addition to performing duties in several dependents such as client services, operations, sales etc. of a particular organization.
• Work in different departments to gain perspective including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing and personnel departments.
