Qualifications:

• College graduate of Architecture or Engineering programs
• Has minimum experience of 2-3 years as a marketing officer
• Has pleasant personality and is people-oriented
• Strong selling and communication skills
• Has compelling presentation skills and is knowledgeable on using different presentation tools
• Willing to travel
• Can work on a manufacturing/construction industry

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that company products get specified by the TOP 20 Architects in the Philippines
• The Architect's specifications should be based on company specifications
• Attend UAP Convention, exhibits, and conduct a comprehensive product presentation to developers, contractors, engineers, and architects to open sales possibilities
• Conduct a thorough market study of steel door users, market size, requirements, advantages, and disadvantages
• Conduct a study of competitors regarding their strengths, weaknesses, clients, promos, product positioning, plant capacity, etc.
