TYPE: FULL TIME, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Client is an AU Based leading provider of professional services, offering comprehensive solutions in accounting, audit, and advisory. Our commitment to excellence drives us to support our clients with innovative solutions and exceptional service.
General responsibilities:
- Annual reviews & issuing APES letters.
- Pricing requests.
- Upfront valuations.
- Requesting copies of loan contracts, amortisation schedule and payout figures for our asset finance clients. This would involve having access to our client files to obtain loan account numbers, then contacting the require lender to request the information.
- Providing copies of Corelogic printouts showing property ownership to internal accounting teams.
- Progress payments for existing clients.
- Discharges.
- Non-credit critical product switches.
- Previous experience in mortgage broking or a related financial services role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Internet Connection : Must be 20 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-ins, wi-fi or wimax.
- Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
- Headsets : The Contractor must have noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
- Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
- Webcam - for meeting purposes
- Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
