Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
  • Set up meeting rooms and minutes during meetings
  • Assist with presentations and reports
  • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
  • Maintain monthly needed document including bank documents
  • Documenting financial information
  • Maintain and organize confidential department files or records
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies, place appropriate orders and manage and maintain supplies
  • Directly reporting to the Accounting and Finance Head
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Secretarial Administration, BS in Office Administration or any related courses
  • Preferably with proven experience as Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • With sense of integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • With available requirements (NBI & Birth Certificate)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
