- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their compensation and benefits needs.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client compensation structures, benefits packages, and HR policies to identify areas for improvement or compliance gaps.
- Develop and implement customized compensation and benefits strategies aligned with each client's objectives and budget constraints.
- Responsible for the generation, preparation & distribution of Certificate of Income Tax Withheld for resigned and active employees (ITR / BIR Form 2316), including CSV files and Alphalist for BIR.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends in the Philippines to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR consultants and legal advisors, to deliver integrated solutions that address client challenges effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on issues related to payroll processing, employee benefits enrollment, and other compensation-related matters.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients on topics such as salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee retention strategies.
- Assist clients in evaluating and selecting appropriate HR technology solutions to streamline compensation and benefits administration processes.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Payroll: 2 years (Required)
- Benefits: 2 years (Preferred)
