BROAD SCOPE:

• Key person in planning and routing of delivery

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in route planning of all interface order in the system.
• Analyze the delivery plan according to area.
• Responsible in identifying priority items to be dispatched and VIP customers.
• Responsible in cascading all information regarding requirements needed during delivery.
• Coordinates with the client on necessary requirements needed for the delivery.
• Maintaining a positive professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to clients and customers inquiries.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Keeping records of clients' interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
