• New hires will be assigned initially in production line to be familiarized in all production process (2 weeks training)
• Responsible in making line improvement or engineering analysis to reduce downtime and NC
• Responsible in the design of the machine, jigs and fixtures used in the production
• Perform line balance/cycle time study and capacity calculations
• Resolves lines issues thru evaluating the product/process and recommend actions
• Willing to be assigned in production area
